PIPE 和 TUBE 的區(qū)別
開局第一篇,我們來討論一個非常非常基礎(chǔ),有點八股文一樣的問題,PIPE和 TUBE到底什么區(qū)別呢?
我看過很多關(guān)于這個的討論.有一篇文章的作者還曾經(jīng)請教過ASME協(xié)會.
其實,ASME B31.1標(biāo)準(zhǔn)里面已經(jīng)有明確的闡述.
PIPE是一種符合ASME B36.10M 表格1 和ASME B36.19M的一種圓形截面TUBE.有一些不符合這些表格里面的尺寸的特殊的PIPE,以及圓形TUBE,名義外徑對應(yīng)實際外徑.
TUBE是圓形的或者其他形狀截面的中空物體,有著連續(xù)的外圍.圓形TUBE的尺寸可能用下面三個參數(shù)里的兩個描述,一般不用三個: 外徑,內(nèi)徑,壁厚.
嚴(yán)格意義上,PIPE應(yīng)該翻譯成公稱管,配管. (不要翻譯成公制管,因為公制管對應(yīng)的是英制管,是指的國標(biāo)里面的一套PIPE尺寸體系,不過目前基本不怎么使用了)
TUBE就翻譯成管子就好了.
所以,問題就簡單了.我們來總結(jié)概括一下,
用來輸送流體的是PIPE.
用來傳導(dǎo)熱量的是TUBE.
1寸的PIPE,外徑是33.4mm. 2寸的PIPE,外徑是60.3mm.
1寸的TUBE,外徑是25.4mm.2寸的TUBE,外徑是50.8mm.
符合ASME B36.10 B36.19的是PIPE.
不符合的是TUBE.
圓形的可能是PIPE.
但是非圓形的,一定是TUBE.

Seamless steel tubes and pipes are described in the technical specifications. Seamless steel pipes and tubes are characterized by sizes/dimensions and its tolerances, the type of steel and technical and delivery conditions (TDC). For seamless steel tubes and pipes, individual national standard institutions use various procedures to standardize the data.
